The Catawba County Board of Alcoholic Control accepts Employment Applications for full-time positions. Employment Applications are kept for 12 months from the date of submission.
In order for your application to be considered, you should download the Employment Application and fill it out completely. All applications must be accompanied by a Criminal History check which can be acquired at the Clerk of Court office in the county in which you reside. Both the application AND the Criminal History check should be personally delivered to the Office facility at 1225 Commerce St. in Conover.
To qualify for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Five years of recent retail experience
- You must be 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work at all 11 Catawba County ABC Boards locations including: Hickory, Newton, Sherrills Ford, and Maiden
- You must NEVER have been convicted of DUI
